"Best Christian Workplaces Institute is an organization that has developed a staff engagement survey tool that we decided to use to get under the covers of what was going on with our staff. The results were somewhat disappointing, to be honest. But the consultant worked with us and he coached us on how to lead and manage differently to build a better culture. Last month we took our third annual engagement survey and we scored so well that we are now officially recognized as a Certified Best Christian Workplace. " ~Bill Hybels
