5 C's of Christian Leadership

5 C's of Christian Leadership

Since our first survey in 2002, there have been five themes that have emerged as the most significant things leadership can do to have a positive impact on their staff. You will find summaries of these "5 C's" below, and because we believe it is so vital that leaders of Christian organizations are aware of these issues, we schedule speaking engagements with organizations throughout the US and Canada. Please contact us to schedule a consultant to speak to your leaders and staff at an annual conference or other special event about this material.
