Leading Under Pressure

Based on our research with managers and executives, this one to two day workshop
targets 11 strategies for leading well when you are facing the biggest
challenges of your life and work. Whether you are a parent, a president, or a
first line employee, you need to navigate through these situations as
effectively as possible.
This workshop will help you:
Build relationships by investing in the performance and
development of those around you.
Enhance your ability to innovative, to identify solutions,
and to take control, even in situations that seem out of control.
Regulate your emotions more effectively, take
responsibility, and know yourself when the pressure rises.
Define your purpose in your work and communicate it to
those around you effectively.
The Leading Under Pressure Workshop is accompanied by the 16 page Leading Under
Pressure Participant Guide , and the optional online Leading Under Pressure
Inventory (LUPI) and the LUPI 360.

This workshop is offered by our partner, Rob Mckenna.
Dr. McKenna is the Chair of the Department of Industrial/Organizational
Psychology at Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington.
Over the last several years, he has worked as an organizational development
consultant to a variety of large and small organizations in the areas of
leadership development, executive coaching and organizational change. While his
clients have included both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations such as
the Boeing Company, Microsoft,
Foster Farms, the
United Way and a variety of
church denominations and universities. His primary focus has been on helping
leaders in times of adversity and significant personal challenge.
