Certification is the first step to understanding the true health of your organization’s culture.  Be recognized for the culture you have built.  

A BCWI Certification improves creditability and trust with your board, employees, constituents and donors/stakeholders. Certification helps your recruit and retain great people, BCWI Certified organizations outperform their peers.  

Organizations attain Certification as a Best Christian Workplace when they achieve an overall survey score of 4.0 or higher. Certified organizations are added to the BCWI lists page on the website with a link to their website, and in addition, are included in a semi-annual press release to several newswires. They are provided with a Certification logo to use on their website, as desired. 

Approximately half of the organizations participating in the Best Christian Workplaces are Certified. Less than half of the organizations surveying for the first time become certified and because of effective improvements, their chances improve in future years.  Names of non-certified organizations remain confidential.
