A good leader can create a healthy culture where people can flourish. The goal of a Christian leader is to create the environment within which the God-given gifts of all the employees can be released and optimized.”

Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
