Giselle serves as Director of Culture Consulting with Best Christian Workplaces Institute; she provides consulting to organizations seeking flourishing cultures by developing outstanding leadership and by designing programs that attract, retain, and develop fantastic people.
Giselle has over 20 years of service in Christian non-profits, including serving as the Vice President of People Development with Prison Fellowship, where she led Human Resources, Training and Learning, and Volunteer Services, and where she served on the Senior Leadership Team.
Accomplishments include designing and implementing performance, talent management, and succession plans; leadership development initiatives; culture surveys and organizational assessments; and designing and conducting nationwide management training programs. She has a passion for employee development and has coached leaders at all levels.
Currently, Giselle serves on the Board of Directors for Peacemaker Ministries. She holds senior and executive Human Resource certifications through HRCI, SHRM, and Cornell University and a certificate in Organizational Development. Giselle holds a BA in International Studies from American University and an MA in Development Banking from the AU School of Economics.
Prior to her ministry work, Giselle worked in university administration and as an economist with the International Trade Administration.
Giselle and her husband, David, live in Colorado Springs. They have four grown children. Giselle and family have several passions: hiking, visiting cool climates with high mountains, and general adventure travel!
