Jay Bransford is the President and COO of Best Christian Workplaces Institute.

Jay is passionate about maximizing the performance and effectiveness of Christian leaders, teams and organizations in alignment with Jesus’ prayer in John 17 – for believers to be united as one in order to be a reflection and witness of Christ to the world.  He has 27 years of experience as an organizational consultant, executive and leadership coach, human performance expert, change management consultant, mentor, author, and teacher.  Jay has been fortunate to have had opportunities to consult and serve with many outstanding companies over the years including Accenture, Fujitsu Consulting, FedEx, American Express, 3 state governments, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Sprint, and Qwest.   

Starting in 2005, Jay took his consulting expertise internationally for 15 years providing consulting services in the areas of strategy, organizational, team and leadership development serving mission organizations, churches and Christian NGOs across Asia.  During those years he also served as the leader of approximately 200 staff and 20 ministries serving in Northern Thailand.  In addition, Jay launched and served as the Chairman of the Asia Leaders Learning Community, creating the resources, services and network to develop and equip the next generation of thousands of Christian leaders across Asia.  He also co-authored and published two leadership books with approximately sixty articles on the topic of “Your Top Leadership Needs”.  

Jay has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University.
