BCWI welcomed Meghan to the team in June 2019 to serve as Executive Assistant for Al and Kathy Lopus. Meghan brings over five years of executive support to her role. She is skilled in implementing organizational structures and has worked with both small, grassroots nonprofits and larger organizations.

Meghan earned her B.A. in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University in 2014. She has always had the desire to help others, and God placed service on her heart from a young age. Meghan serves at her local church and participates in local impact outreach.

An Arizona native, Meghan currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while her husband, Tyler, completes a residency program as a pharmacist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  They have a charming daughter, Penelope, who is looking forward to being a big sister soon. Meghan enjoys spending most of her free time with her daughter. Meghan and Penny enjoy walks to the park, playing at the library, and singing silly songs. In her free time, Meghan can be found enjoying a run, getting lost in a good book, trying out a new recipe, or re-arranging a room in her home
